Hi Team! My name is Aizlyn, I am 26 years old, and I am glad to have you on the team! I have grown up being a hardcore Utah Utes fan, let me just say it is in my blood. I didn’t always love football though, my family has season tickets to Utah Utes football and yes, I will say I hated the idea of sitting in the heat or freezing temperatures of a what seemed like a never-ending game. I went for the snacks, if anything.
I will say nothing beats the feeling of a Utes touchdown with everyone cheering and giving a high five to everyone close by. Anyways, I feel like the only reason I didn’t love it was because I never understood it.
I also married a sports fanatic, I mean obsessed with all sports football being his #1. This has pushed me to want to learn more and develop a deeper understanding of the game. Then maybe I will be able to be involved in the conversations instead of just nodding and smiling.
This blog is about becoming involved in football culture and I feel like once you start learning and understanding football, that’s when love starts to develop. I will go over my weekly fantasy picks, weekly games, and of course all the drama with the sports players. I might be a girl, but I know everyone loves a little bit of tea, especially if it involves your favorite team. I also would like to go more in depth about rules and player positions as I myself find this most confusing.
I am ready to start this journey and hopefully you will be joining the team.
